Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 has slightly better
features than its predecessor - the Samsung
Galaxy S Duos, but it still looks pale in the sea
of cheap quad core phones from Indian and
Chinese brands.
Samsung has silently made available its Galaxy
S Duos 2 in India for Rs 10,790. Its
predecessor, the Galaxy S Duos, too is selling
for around Rs 10000.
Galaxy S Duos 2 vs Galaxy S Duos:
Both come with dual SIM slots, 5 megapixel

in the new phone but at this juncture we are
not in a position to tell the difference as we
have not yet see the new one.
The new phone too has a 4 inch touchscreen
that too with 480x800 pixels resolution as the
older Galaxy S Duos. Both have in fact the
same 1500 mAh battery. Also the two have 4
GB ROM and 768 MB RAM.
The major differences between the two are: the
new Galaxy S Duos 2 comes with Android 4.2
Jelly Bean operating system while the older
version has Android 4.0 ICS operating system.
